The Tree of Life Ceremony
Make history under this majestic, 200-year old Sugar maple tree. A centerpiece of the property, this historic Sugar Maple offers a stunning, shady backdrop for ceremonies, photographs, and cherished memories, connecting every celebration at Green Haven to the rich beauty and history of the land.
The Owl Glade Ceremony
Enjoy a romantic, private mossy setting surrounded by the peaceful forest, and Japanese maples. Tie the knot next to a unique stone sculpture and a unique Metasequoia tree. The Owl Glade is one of our most popular ceremony spots because of its peaceful, close-to-nature magical energy. A collection of stone owl statues line the perimeter of Owl Glade.

Toast & Celebrate!
Under the Tree of Life
Toast and dine around the Tree of Life! Six rustic farm tables and a decorated sweetheart table can be arranged near or under the Tree of Life. Enjoy the sounds and fragrances of nature. Cafe lights adorn the tree branches for an inviting ambiance.
The Meadow Tent
Looking for a wide open space for a tent? The Meadow Tent area is a beautiful, grassy lawn adjacent to the Tree of Life and flower gardens. Dine under cover, in case of inclement weather, or just for a lighted reception for late evening receptions.
Starting in 2027, we will have a tent available for use.
Photo Areas
From May through October, Green Haven is abundant with gorgeous spots for portraits around the property. Peruse the orchard, pergola, and flower gardens around the house.
The Orchard
Our charming fruit orchard it a peaceful place to wander and enjoy nature. Stone benches are tucked among the fruit trees, offering quiet spots to sit and and take in the beauty of the surroundings. From early summer through fall, hundreds of unique daylily varieties bloom throughout the orchard, filling the garden with vibrant colors and natural beauty. Whether for a relaxing stroll, beautiful photographs, or a quiet moment of of reflection, the orchard provides a warm and inviting setting for all who visit.
Flowers
From the first days of the spring through the golden light of the fall, Green Haven’s gardens bloom in a beautiful progression of color and fragrance. Spring awakens the ground with cheerful In the spring daffodils, bleeding hearts, tulips, iris, Columbine, various flowering trees, creating a fresh romantic atmosphere. As summer arrives, the gardens become lush and vibrant with blooming roses, daylilies, peonies, hydrangeas, clematis, coneflowers that attract butterflies and fill the air with a gentle scent. In early fall, warm tones of chrysanthemums, asters, and late blooming perennials blend with the changing leaves, creating a cozy and elegant background for celebrations. The flowers of Green Haven offer a stunning natural setting all season long.
